How Do I Access Yearbooks From Previous Years?
Learn how Advisers, Team Members, and Parents can access previous-year yearbooks, recover missing projects, and find older books for purchase.

📚Depending on whether you are an Adviser, Team Member, or Parent/Customer, access to a previous yearbook works differently.
🧑💼 For Advisers
To access one of your previous yearbook projects:
- Go to your Project Dashboard.
- Click Back to Projects in the upper-left corner.
- Locate the previous project you want to open.
- Click the project to access it.
- If the project is locked, you may need to unlock it before making additional edits.
🔓 Advisers can unlock their projects when additional editing is needed. In some cases, unlocking may require assistance from a Super User or Support.
🗑️ If the Project Was Deleted
- Deleted projects cannot be restored directly from your account.
- Contact Support to determine whether the project can be recovered.
👥 For Team Members
If you previously worked on a project but can no longer see it, several things may have changed:
- You may have been removed from the project team.
- The project may have been deleted.
- The project may have been moved to another organization.
If you are removed from a project team, the project will no longer appear in your account.
Contact the project Adviser if you need access restored.
🛒 For Parents and Customers
If you are looking for a previous year's book in a yearbook store and only see the current year, the older book may no longer be available in that storefront.
The previous book may have been:
- Removed from sale.
- Placed in a different storefront.
- Moved into a legacy or archive storefront containing previous-year books.

📦 Ordering Books From Multiple Years
Books from different project years must be placed as separate orders.
Different cover types may also require separate orders because they can be produced and shipped separately.
If you want to purchase books from multiple years, complete an individual order for each applicable yearbook or cover type.
