Creator Studio received several new editing features, workflow improvements, and fixes during September 2026.

The following updates are now available to yearbook teams using Creator Studio.

✏️ Enhanced Text Editing Tools

The Creator Studio Editor now includes several improvements for working with text.

Users can now:

• Edit multiple text boxes at the same time.
• Resize multiple text boxes at once.
• Use Ctrl+B for bold, Ctrl+I for italics, and Ctrl+U for underline.
• Increase or decrease font size using the new + and - controls.
• Quickly access recently used fonts.
• Mark frequently used fonts as favorites.

🖼️ Resize Multiple Photos at Once

Multiple photos can now be selected and resized together in the Editor.

This makes it easier to adjust several images at once without resizing each item individually.

🎨 Resize Multiple Clip Art Items

Multiple clip art items can also be selected and resized together.

👥 Reflow Portrait Pages

A new Reflow Portraits option is available from the People menu while working in the Editor.

This allows users to reflow the current portrait layout without leaving the page or refreshing the Editor, helping preserve the current workflow if a portrait layout does not automatically update.

🎨 Portrait Layout Improvements

Portrait rules will no longer default to older layouts that have already been deleted when creating a new portrait layout.

This helps ensure newly created portrait rules use currently available layouts.

📣 Parent Ad Improvements

Parent Ad pages no longer experience an issue when using Select All.

Users can now select all applicable items on an ad page without the page crashing.

🏷️ Name Plate Update

The wording displayed for the Name Plates add-on has been updated by removing the previous "PYB's" reference.

💬 Updated Support Chat

The previous Provide Support option in Creator Studio has been replaced with the new ECS Chat experience.

🎟️ Global Coupon Codes

Creator Studio now supports global coupon codes provided by participating yearbook purveyors.

Eligible codes may apply flat-dollar or percentage-based discounts to qualifying yearbook purchases without reducing the adviser’s profit margin.

📸 Vidigami Integration Fix

An issue affecting the Vidigami upload source has been corrected.

Users who access Vidigami as an image source can continue using the integration when adding photos to their yearbook.
