Media Tray (Section Books)
Learn how to switch between photos and pages, manage images, and navigate sections using the Media Tray in Section-Based Projects.

The Media Tray is the horizontal panel located below the page workspace. It provides access to the photos and pages associated with the section you are currently working in.

🔄 Switching Between Photos and Pages
The Media Tray allows you to switch between the photos and pages available within your current section.
To switch views:
- Locate the Photos and Pages tabs in the lower-left corner of the Media Tray.
- Click Photos to view available images.
- Click Pages to view page thumbnails for the current section.

📸 Managing Photos
The Photos tab displays images available within the current section.
To access additional photo options:
- Click Manage Photos.

Select the desired option:
- Add Photos
- Use Photos From Another Section
- Filter Photos by Keyword (if applicable)
- Hide Used Photos
- Sort Photos by Date
- Sort Photos by Filename

These tools can help organize photos and make them easier to locate while designing pages.
📄 Navigating Pages
The Pages tab displays thumbnail previews of every page within the current section.
To navigate to another page:
- Click the Pages tab.
- Locate the page you would like to open.
- Click the page thumbnail to jump directly to that page.

💡 Tips
- Use Hide Used Photos to reduce clutter while designing.
- Sort photos by date or filename to locate images more quickly.
- Use page thumbnails to move throughout a section without leaving the editor.
- Use Photos From Another Section when images need to be reused elsewhere in the project.
