✨ Overview
As a yearbook adviser, you can request a digital proof at any time to review your book’s pages before finalizing or submitting your project. Proofs are delivered by email and can be shared with additional recipients if needed.
➤ How to Request a Proof
From your project dashboard, locate the Request Proof button.
Click Request Proof.
In Ladder projects, this button appears at the top of the dashboard above your page list.
In Section projects, it appears above your section list.
📧 Sending the Proof
You can choose who receives the proof:
To send only to yourself, leave the email field blank.
To share with others, enter additional email addresses separated by commas.
Click Next to continue.
📑 Choosing What to Proof
You can request a proof for:
the entire book
a specific section
selected pages
Select your preferred option, then click Send.
⏱ Delivery Time
Most proofs are delivered within 10 minutes.
In some cases, proofs may take up to 5 hours to generate if your project contains archived images.
Requesting proofs regularly helps catch layout, spelling, or image issues early, ensuring your final book is accurate and ready for production.
⚠️ NOTE: If you do not receive your proof within 5 hours, contact support for assistance.
