Adding the option for parents to order a personalized custom name plate adds that special touch to make it uniquely theirs! Follow these steps to activate the option:
- Log into your account.
- On the left-hand side of the page, click on Sell.
- Next, click on Manage Sales.
- Then, click on Sales Settings.
- On the Product Type and Add Ons page, find the name plate option and click Select to enable it.
- Finally, click Save to confirm your changes.

Where do name plates ship?
Name plates will be shipped separately from your yearbook order to the bulk yearbook shipping address in your storefront. Name plates will arrive before your yearbook bulk order.

Can I enable Name Plates if I don’t have my book up for pre-order?
No. Name plates can only be enabled when you have your store set to pre-order. You can bulk order name plates here, if you are not using a storefront to place your order but still want to order name plates.
Does offering name plates change my delivery time?
No. Your yearbooks will arrive within 3 weeks of placing your order. Name plates are a separate product and shipped separately from your yearbooks.
Is there any charge to the school for enabling name plates?
No. There are no charges to you or the school for offering name plates. Name plates are only charged if they are added and ordered through the pre-order process. There are no additional shipping or handling fees for name plates.
