How Super Admins Can Unapprove a Submitted Cover
Steps to unlock a cover and allow edits after submission

π Unlock a finalized cover so edits can be made and resubmitted
Sometimes a submitted cover needs to be unlocked so changes can be made. Super Admins have permission to reverse a coverβs approval status and restore editing access for the adviser.

This feature is provider-dependent and is not enabled in all Creator Studio Pro environments.
π How to Unapprove a Cover
Go to your Ladder
- Scroll to the cover(s) you want to unlock
- Click the π Lock icon (this replaces the Settings icon after submission)
- Select π Unapprove
The cover will immediately unlock and become editable.
π What Happens After Unapproving
π The adviser regains full editing access to the cover
β Any previously generated PDF proof is no longer considered final
π¨οΈ A new proof will be generated after the cover is resubmitted
