📘 Introduction 👥 Working on the Same Project 🧭 Best Practice for Team Collaboration 🔗 Managing Team Members

📘 Introduction

Yes. Multiple students can work on the same yearbook project at the same time in Creator Studio. This allows yearbook staff to collaborate efficiently and divide the workload across different pages and sections.

👥 Working on the Same Project

Students who are added as team members can access and edit the yearbook simultaneously. This makes it possible for staff members to contribute to different parts of the book while the project is in progress.

However, it is recommended that only one student work on a specific section or page at a time. Having multiple people editing the same page simultaneously may cause conflicting changes or saving errors.

🧭 Best Practice for Team Collaboration

To help prevent editing conflicts, advisers often assign team members to specific pages or sections. This keeps responsibilities clear and helps maintain an organized workflow throughout the project.

Each student can then focus on their assigned portion of the book without overlapping work.
