✨ Overview

Creator Studio supports several common image formats that allow you to upload photos, graphics, and designed content directly into your yearbook project.

Supported files include standard image formats as well as single-page PDFs.

📁 Supported File Types

Creator Studio supports the following file formats:

JPG (.jpg)
A widely used image format that works well for photographs and general images.

PNG (.png)
Commonly used for graphics, logos, and images that require transparent backgrounds.

HEIC (.heic)
Apple’s High Efficiency Image Container format used by most iPhones and Macs. HEIC images can be uploaded directly without conversion.

PDF (.pdf)
Single-page PDF files can be uploaded and used like images within your project.

📌 Note: Only single-page PDFs are supported.

📏 Image Quality Recommendations

To ensure high-quality printing, follow these guidelines:

  • Use images between 240–300 DPI at the size they will appear on the page.
  • Avoid enlarging images significantly after placing them.
  • Enlarging an image reduces its DPI and may cause blurriness or pixelation.
  • Creator Studio will display a warning if an image falls below the minimum acceptable resolution.

📦 Upload Size Limits

While there is no limit on the total number of photos you can include in a project, there is a 1.5 GB upload limit per session.

This limit helps maintain stable performance across a wide range of devices and internet connections.

🔄 Uploading More Than 1.5 GB

If you reach the session upload limit:

  • Upload your first batch of images (up to 1.5 GB).
  • Click Home to exit the project.
  • Reopen your project to begin a new upload session.
  • Continue uploading additional images.

You can repeat this process as many times as needed.

🧠 Best Practice

Before uploading large numbers of images, consider reviewing and selecting the best photos first. Organizing images ahead of time can help keep your project easier to manage and improve overall performance.
