ℹ️ Note:
The ability to add or remove pages may not be enabled for all projects. Some yearbook providers manage page counts internally. If you do not see the option to add pages in Page Manager, please contact your yearbook provider for assistance.
✨ Overview
In some cases, you may notice that not all portrait photos appear on the page after applying a portrait layout.
This usually means the current layout does not have enough portrait wells to display every person assigned to that section.

⚠️ Why This Happens
Portrait layouts are designed with a fixed number of portrait wells. If the number of people assigned to the section exceeds the number of available portrait wells, some portraits will not display.
🛠 How to Fix It
There are two ways to resolve this.
➕ Add More Pages
You can add additional pages to the section so the remaining portraits have space to flow.
Open Ladder
- Click the (+)
- Add additional pages to the section
- Reapply the portrait layout if needed

🧩 Choose a Layout with More Portrait Wells
Some layouts allow more portraits per page.
Open the Layouts panel
- Select a layout that supports more portraits
- Apply the new layout to the page

🧠 Helpful Tip
Before applying a layout, check how many individuals are assigned to the section. Selecting a layout that accommodates that number will help avoid missing portraits.
