This page helps you manage your parent ad—whether you’re designing, checking the status, or cancelling an ad.
🔍 Checking the Status of Your Parent Ad
Once you’ve purchased and submitted your ad, you can check its status anytime by:
- Visiting the Parent Ad URL provided by your yearbook adviser
- Accessing it through your school’s online storefront (if applicable)

📊 Ad Statuses You May See
Here’s what each ad status means:

Ads Not Yet Purchased
You've started designing your ad, but it hasn’t been purchased or submitted for review yet. -
Ads Denied by Adviser
Your ad was submitted but needs changes. You’ll receive an email explaining why it was denied and how to fix it. -
Pending Approval
Your ad was submitted and is waiting to be reviewed by the yearbook adviser. -
Purchased Ads
Your ad has been purchased, approved by the adviser, and may already be placed on a page.
❌ Cancelling a Parent Ad
You can cancel and receive a refund if your ad is in:
- Pending Approval
- Denied by Adviser
To cancel, simply click the “Cancel” button on your ad status page.
⚠️ If your ad has already been approved, you will not see the cancel option.
đź› Want to Cancel an Approved Ad?
You’ll need to follow these steps:
- Contact your yearbook adviser
- Ask them to remove the ad from any pages
- Request that they deny the ad in the system
- Once denied, you’ll be able to click “Cancel” and receive a refund
💸 Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process.
