Creator Studio enables schools and organizations to sell yearbooks through personalized online storefronts. Each school or organization has a unique store URL, which is provided by the yearbook adviser. If you do not have this URL, please contact your school or yearbook adviser.

🛒 Pre-Ordering a Yearbook

Pre-ordering allows you to purchase a yearbook before it is finalized. Once the yearbook adviser completes and submits the yearbook for production—typically at the end of the school year—your pre-ordered copy will be printed and shipped.

Steps to Pre-Order:

1. Navigate to the store URL provided by your school or organization.
2. Locate the desired yearbook and click the “+ Select” button beneath its cover. Be mindful of the order deadline date; the school will submit the yearbook for printing after this date.
3. Sign in to your account. If you are a new user, click “Sign Up” to create an account.
4. Enter the first and last name of the student, along with their grade or homeroom. You can add multiple students if needed.
5. Click "Continue" when finished.
   
6. If available, choose between hardcover and softcover options. To order both types, you must place separate orders.
7. Specify the quantity for each student.
8. Click “Continue.”
   
9. If cover stamping is offered, decide whether to include it and click "Continue." Note: If this option is unavailable, it may not be offered by your adviser or in your region.
10. If your school is not utilizing bulk shipping, enter your shipping address when prompted. If no shipping address is requested, your yearbook will be shipped in bulk to the school.
11. Review your order details. If everything is correct, enter your billing information and click "Place Order." You will receive a confirmation screen with your order number and a confirmation email.

Personalized Pages:

If your yearbook adviser offers personalized pages, you can return to the store and click "Edit Personalized Pages" to customize them.

📦 Placing a Direct Ship Order

Direct ship orders are processed after the yearbook has been finalized and sent to production. This option allows you to order a yearbook that will be shipped directly to your specified address.

Steps for Direct Shipping:

1. Access the store URL provided by your school or organization.
2. Sign in to your account. If you are a new user, click “Register New Account” to create one.
3. Click the “+ Select” button next to the desired yearbook.
   
   Note: If personalized pages are available, you will have the option to choose between a "Basic Yearbook" and a "Yearbook + Personalized Pages." To include personalized pages, click “Create & Order.”
   
4. Enter the quantity you wish to order for each book type and click “Continue.”
   
5. Provide your shipping address and click “Continue.”
   
6. Choose your shipping speed click “Continue.”
   
7. Enter your billing information, choose your payment method, and click “Place Order.”
   
8. A confirmation screen with your order number will appear, and you will receive a confirmation email.
