📧 Cancel From Your Confirmation Email 👤 Cancel From Your Account ⏳ When Can I Cancel My Order? 💡 Need Help?

Need to make a change to your order? Forgot to personalize your pages? No problem. As long as your pre-order has not yet been submitted to production by the yearbook adviser, you can cancel your order and place a new one with the correct information.


📧 Cancel From Your Confirmation Email

After placing a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

  • Open your order confirmation email.
  • Locate the message that states:
    "You can cancel your pre-order before it is in production by clicking here."
  • Click the cancellation link.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.


👤 Cancel From Your Account

You can also cancel an eligible pre-order from your account.

  • Log in to the storefront where you placed your order.
  • Click Account in the upper-right corner of the page.


     
  • Locate your order history.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel.


     
  • Click Cancel Order.


⏳ When Can I Cancel My Order?

Pre-orders can only be canceled before they are submitted to production by the yearbook adviser.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled through the storefront.
