✨ Overview

If an image was uploaded as a standard freeform photo, you can convert it into a portrait photo so it can be used in portrait sections. Once converted, the image becomes part of the People database and can automatically flow into portrait layouts.

🔄 How to Convert an Image to a Portrait

Go to the Photos tab.

Hover over the image you want to convert.
 

Click the pencil icon to open the editing menu.
 

Select Convert to a Portrait Photo.
 

Assign the photo to a person:

Search for an existing student, or

Create a new student profile if the person does not appear in search.

Click Save or Convert.

✅ Result

The image will be moved to the People section and can now be placed automatically into portrait sections and portrait layouts.
Converting photos ensures every portrait is correctly linked to a profile, helping keep portrait sections organized and accurate throughout your project.
