📘 Introduction

Yearbooks must meet specific page count requirements to be eligible for production. These requirements ensure proper printing and binding.

⚠️ Disclaimer

Page count requirements may vary by provider.
Contact your yearbook provider to confirm exact specifications.

📏 Page Count Rules

  • Total page count must be an even number
  • Minimum: 20 pages
  • Maximum:
    • 200 pages (Softcover)
    • 400 pages (Hardcover)

⚠️ Important

If your project contains an odd number of pages, you must:

  • Add a page
  • Or remove a page

The final page count must be even before submission.

⚠️ Note

If your project is expected to exceed 400 pages:

  • Contact your yearbook provider in advance

⚠️ Additional Production Requirement

In some cases, page counts must be divisible by four based on print facility requirements.

If this applies:

  • Additional blank pages may be added automatically at the end of the book
  • These pages are added at no additional cost
  • These pages cannot be edited

💡 Workflow Tip

Plan your page count early to avoid last-minute adjustments before submission.
