Start with the basic troubleshooting steps first. These resolve the majority of issues. If the issue continues after completing these steps, your schoolโs network or firewall settings may be blocking Creator Studio services. Creator Studio works best in modern web browsers.
Recommended browsers:
- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
If you are experiencing issues with Creator Studio, switching to Google Chrome often resolves browser compatibility problems.
Internet Explorer is not supported.
๐งน Clearing Your Browser Cache
Cached browser files can sometimes prevent the editor from loading correctly.
Clearing your cache refreshes stored website data and often resolves loading problems.
๐ก Clearing Cache in Google Chrome
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
- Select Delete browsing data.
- In the popup window, choose the Basic tab.
- Check Cached images and files.
- Click Delete data.

Note: Clearing your cache may log you out of websites you are currently signed into.

Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.
- Select History.
- Click Clear Recent History.
- Set the Time Range to Everything.
- Check the following:
- Browsing & Download History
- Cookies
- Cache

Creator Studio requires a stable internet connection.
Recommended speeds:
- 10 Mbps download
- 5 Mbps upload
You can test your internet connection at:

- pages to load slowly
- images to appear missing
