If you are experiencing issues with Creator Studio such as pages not loading, images not appearing, or the editor not responding correctly, the troubleshooting steps below can help resolve most problems.

Start with the basic troubleshooting steps first. These resolve the majority of issues. If the issue continues after completing these steps, your schoolโ€™s network or firewall settings may be blocking Creator Studio services. In that case, provide your IT department with the Creator Studio Network Requirements and Firewall Whitelist article.


๐ŸŒ Browser Recommendations

Creator Studio works best in modern web browsers.

Recommended browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

If you are experiencing issues with Creator Studio, switching to Google Chrome often resolves browser compatibility problems.

Internet Explorer is not supported.


๐Ÿงน Clearing Your Browser Cache

Cached browser files can sometimes prevent the editor from loading correctly.

Clearing your cache refreshes stored website data and often resolves loading problems.


๐ŸŸก Clearing Cache in Google Chrome

Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.

  • Select Delete browsing data.
  • In the popup window, choose the Basic tab.
  • Check Cached images and files.
  • Click Delete data.

Note: Clearing your cache may log you out of websites you are currently signed into.


๐ŸฆŠ Clearing Cache in Firefox

Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.

  • Select History.
  • Click Clear Recent History.
  • Set the Time Range to Everything.
  • Check the following:
  • Browsing & Download History
  • Cookies
  • Cache
  • Click OK.

๐Ÿ“ก Check Your Internet Connection

Creator Studio requires a stable internet connection.

Recommended speeds:

  • 10 Mbps download
  • 5 Mbps upload

You can test your internet connection at:

https://www.speedtest.net

Slow internet connections may cause:

  • pages to load slowly
  • images to appear missing
  • uploads to fail

๐Ÿ”„ Try Another Browser or Device

If the issue continues, try the following:

  • restart your browser
  • restart your computer
  • try accessing Creator Studio using a different browser
  • try opening your project from another device

If the problem only occurs on one computer, it is likely related to that deviceโ€™s browser settings or cached data.

If images are not appearing in your project, your network may be blocking access to the image service.

Open the following test link in a new browser tab:

  • If the image loads successfully, the photo service is working correctly.
