Creator Studio supports individual image files up to 100 MB.

Check the file’s properties on your device to confirm that it does not exceed the 100 MB limit.

The image must also use a supported file format.

If the image is under 100 MB, uses a supported file format, and still cannot be uploaded, contact Support.
