Creator Studio supports individual photo files up to 100 MB and up to 1.5 GB of uploads during a single session.

An upload may still fail when a file appears to be within these limits. Certain file types are converted during processing, which can increase the final file size.

📏 Photo Upload Size Limits

Creator Studio applies two upload limits:

• Individual file limit: 100 MB per photo
• Upload session limit: 1.5 GB across all files uploaded during the current session

The 1.5 GB session limit is not a total storage limit for your project. It only controls how much data can be uploaded during one session.

🔄 How File Conversion Affects Upload Size

Files may be processed or converted during upload.

This is especially important when uploading PDFs or other multi-page documents. These files may be converted into high-resolution PNG images during processing. The converted images can be significantly larger than the original document.

As a result, a PDF that appears to be below the upload limit may exceed the platform’s limits after conversion.

⚠️ Why an Upload May Fail

A “file too large” error may occur for one of the following reasons:

The individual file exceeds 100 MB

Check the file size before uploading. High-resolution or uncompressed images may exceed the individual file limit.

The session limit has been reached

The combined size of the files uploaded during the current session has reached 1.5 GB.

Log out of Creator Studio, log back in, and begin a new upload session to continue.

The file becomes larger during conversion

PDFs and other complex file types may increase in size when they are converted into image files during processing.

🛠 How to Resolve the Error

Try the following steps:

1️⃣ Check that each individual file is below 100 MB.

2️⃣ Upload large photo collections in smaller batches.

3️⃣ Log out and back in if you have uploaded close to 1.5 GB during the current session.

4️⃣ Compress or resize high-resolution images before uploading.

5️⃣ Split large PDFs into smaller documents or convert each page into an individual image file.

These steps reduce the amount of data processed during each upload and help prevent file size errors.
