How to Change the eYearbook Email Send Date
If you're the yearbook adviser and have sold eYearbooks in your store, you have the ability to choose when those eYearbook access emails are sent to your customers.
✏️ When Can You Edit the Send Date?
After you submit your pre-order queue to production, it may take a few hours for the system to process.
Once ready, you’ll see a new option in your Store Dashboard:
Edit Send Date (appears as a clickable link)
📅 How to Change the Date
- Go to your Store Dashboard
- Click on Edit Send Date
- Choose your preferred email delivery date from the calendar
- Confirm your selection—that’s it!
🕒 Why Don’t I See the “Edit Send Date” Link?
If you don’t see the option yet, here are the most common reasons:
- ⏳ It hasn’t been long enough since your order was submitted to production (usually takes a few hours)
- 📤 The eYearbook emails have already been sent, and the option is no longer available
