If you are an adviser with a yearbook in a storefront, you can monitor pre-order sales in a few different ways:

πŸ“Š Order Summary

To see the total number of pre-orders placed:

  1. Log into Creator Studio.
  2. Navigate to the "Sell" tab.
  3. Click "Manage Sales" for the desired project.

Once you are in the Sales Dashboard, you'll get an overview of all pre-orders that have been placed, as well as:

  • Total profit or loss (if you have marked up or sold at a loss).
  • An overall summary of the orders placed.

πŸ“‘ Orders Report

To view a quick report of pre-orders placed:

  1. Scroll down to the Orders by Item section.

For a more comprehensive report:

  • Click on "All Orders" in the left panel.
  • Or click "View All Orders" in the "Orders by Item" section.

From the All Orders view, you can:

  • View or download a CSV file showing all pre-orders placed.

This is especially helpful for tracking who has or hasn't placed a pre-order.

⏸️ Pause Ordering

If you need to pause pre-ordering at any time:

  1. Click the "Pause Ordering" link in the upper right corner of the Sales Dashboard.

Once paused, customers will no longer be able to place orders in your yearbook store. They will see a message like:

When you are ready to resume pre-orders, simply click the "Resume Ordering" link to reopen the store for orders.
