📦 How to Add In-School Sales to Your Yearbook Pre-Order Queue
If you sold yearbooks both in school and through online pre-orders, please note that your order is not complete until the total number of books sold in person has been added to your pre-order queue. This must be completed before you submit your project to production.
Follow the steps below to combine your in-school sales with your online pre-orders:
✅ Step 1: Sign In and Start Your Bulk Order
- Go to your online storefront where pre-orders are being accepted.
- Make sure you’re signed in with your administrator account.
- Click the blue “Order in Bulk” button.
📚 Step 2: Enter Your Order Quantities
- Input the number of hardcover and softcover books you sold in person.
Be sure to include any extra copies you want to have on hand. - Click Continue to move to the next step.
📍 Step 3: Enter Your Shipping Address
- Provide the correct shipping address for delivery.
- If no address is needed then it will be shipped to the address that was given when setting up the book sales.
- Click Continue to proceed to the payment section.
💳 Step 4: Choose Your Payment Option
You’ll have three payment options available:

Pay Later
- Check the box labeled “Pay Later” if you plan to pay when submitting your full project to production.

Use a Voucher Code
- If you’ve requested and paid an invoice, enter the voucher code provided and click Apply.

Pay Now
- Select a payment method:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- PayPal Credit
- Enter your payment information and complete the transaction.

🚀 Step 5: Submit Your Pre-Order Queue to Production
After completing your bulk order and confirming that no additional pre-orders are expected:
- Review your pre-order queue.
- Submit your yearbook to production.
⚠️ Reminder: Orders will not be printed until this final step is completed.
