❓ Can Advisers View Personalized Pages? 🔒 Why Can't Advisers Access Personalized Pages? 👨‍👩‍👧 Who Is Responsible for Personalized Page Content? ℹ️ Can This Change in the Future?

❓ Can Advisers View Personalized Pages?

No. At this time, advisers cannot view or review personalized pages created by students, parents, or other purchasers through the storefront.

Personalized pages are separate from the main yearbook project and are not accessible within the adviser workflow.

🔒 Why Can't Advisers Access Personalized Pages?

Personalized pages are intended to remain separate from the school-managed portion of the yearbook.

This approach helps:

  • Maintain the privacy of personalized content.
  • Keep ownership of personalized pages with the purchaser.
  • Prevent additional review and approval requirements for advisers.
  • Avoid creating the expectation that schools are monitoring personalized content.

Because personalized pages are not part of the main yearbook project, advisers do not have access to review or edit them.

👨‍👩‍👧 Who Is Responsible for Personalized Page Content?

The purchaser creating the personalized pages is responsible for reviewing the content before submitting their order.

Schools, organizations, and advisers do not have access to personalized pages and are not involved in the review process.

ℹ️ Can This Change in the Future?

Personalization features may continue to evolve over time. If adviser access or review options become available in a future release, additional information will be provided at that time.
