📘 How to Personalize Your Yearbook Pages

Important: Personalized pages cannot be edited on mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets. You must use a desktop or laptop computer (Mac or PC) to access and complete your personalization.

🔗 Step 1: Access Your School’s Online Storefront

To begin, visit your school’s online yearbook store. You can request this link directly from your school's yearbook advisor or yearbook team.

🛒 Step 2: Purchase the Yearbook

1. On your school’s storefront, locate the current yearbook listed for the school year.
2. Click “+ Select” under the book cover to add it to your cart.
3. Complete the checkout process.
   

✅ Step 3: Confirm Your Purchase

After checking out, you will receive:

• A purchase confirmation email
• An invitation email to personalize your book

You can either click the personalization link in your email or return to the storefront and continue from there.

🎨 Step 4: Start Personalizing Your Yearbook Pages

1. On the storefront, locate the current yearbook.
2. Click “Edit Personalized Pages” under the cover image.
3. You’ll see the student name(s) entered during checkout. Click “Edit Pages” next to the name you'd like to personalize.

🧒 Each student receives their own set of pages. All copies ordered for that student will include the personalized pages.

📁 Step 5: Upload Your Photos

Click “Add Photos” from the left-hand toolbar to upload images from:

• Your device
• Facebook
• Google Photos
• Dropbox, and more

📄 Step 6: Design Your Pages

Now you can begin customizing! You have full control over the look and feel of your pages.

🖼️ Apply Layouts

Click the “Layouts” tab on the left.
Drag a layout you like onto a page.

📝 Add Text

Click “Elements” → drag the Text Box onto a page.
Double-click to edit your message, choose fonts, colors, and sizes.

🖌️ Add Backgrounds & Art

Click “Backgrounds” or go to “Art” to choose from thousands of options.

Use Find Backgrounds or Find Art to search and filter designs.

➕ Step 7: Add or Delete Pages (Optional)

• You can add up to 8 additional pages (for a total of 12).
• Extra pages cost $1.50 per page and must be added in pairs.

To add pages:
Click “Add Pages” on the right side of the last page.

To delete or rearrange pages:
Click “Pages” (bottom left) → “Manage Pages”
Then click the red X under pages you wish to delete or drag to rearrange.

💾 Step 8: Save & Finalize Your Pages

You can leave the editor anytime—your work auto-saves.

⚠️ Finalizing is Crucial!

When you’re finished, click “Finalize and Submit” (top right). Follow the prompts to complete your order. You’ll need to:

• Confirm your pages
• Enter payment for any extra pages
• Click “Place Order”
  

Once complete, your personalization status will show as FINALIZED next to the student’s name on the storefront.

🔁 Step 9: Making Changes After Finalizing

If you need to make changes:

• Click “Unfinalize to make changes” from the storefront (as long as your school hasn’t submitted the yearbook to production).
• You’ll receive an automatic refund and must pay again once re-finalized.
  

🚨 Important Reminders

• Your personalized pages will NOT print unless you finalize.
• You must finalize before the deadline shown on your school’s storefront.

If you don’t finalize in time, you will receive the standard base yearbook without personalized pages.

Can I work on my pages over time?

Yes! Your changes auto-save. Just return to the storefront and click “Edit Pages” to continue.

What happens if I miss the deadline?

Your personalized pages will not be included in your yearbook unless you finalize on time.

Can I make edits after I finalize?

Yes, if your book hasn’t been submitted to production. Click “Unfinalize”, make your edits, and re-finalize.

Where will my pages appear in the yearbook?

Your personalized pages will print at the back of your copy of the yearbook.

Does the school approve my pages?

No. Personalized pages are separate from the school-designed portion of the yearbook, so the school is not responsible for reviewing or approving your content.
