If you'd like your yearbook orders to be shipped directly to each student's home, you can enable Published Ordering in Creator Studio. This option becomes available once your project is completed, all pages are locked, and the final proof is approved.

What is Published Ordering?

Published Ordering allows you to sell your yearbook after it’s finalized and ready for print. Unlike Pre-Ordering, which is used while the book is still being created, Published Ordering ensures that customers receive a completed yearbook shipped directly to their home.

Why Use Published Ordering?

• You’ve already collected and submitted pre-orders.
• You want to reopen sales for anyone who missed the original deadline.
• You want books shipped directly to customers with no need for bulk delivery or school distribution.

Before You Begin

Make sure that:

• Your project is complete
• All pages/sections are locked
• The final proof has been approved

Steps to Enable Published Ordering

1. Log in to Creator Studio
2. Create Your Store (if not already done):
   • Go to the Sell tab.
     
   • Click New Store 
     
   • Fill out all required fields to set up your store.
   • Click
   • Click Store Settings
     
   • Add your completed yearbook project to the store.
     
   • Click Save
3. Manage Your Store:
   • Return to the Sell tab.
   • Locate your yearbook in the store list.
   • Click Manage Sales next to the book name.
     
4. Enable Published Ordering:
   • Click the Published Ordering option.
     
   • If this is your first time publishing the project, complete any remaining required fields before publishing.
   • Click Publish and your book is now live!

• Click the Copy Link or Download QR Code options to share with your parents and students so they can purchase your book.
