📦 Ship to Home Available Delivery Methods: 📚 Bulk Shipping How It Works: What Happens Next:

When it comes to receiving your yearbook, there are two main shipping options: Ship to Home and Bulk Shipping. Each option is available based on how the yearbook is offered for sale—either through immediate published ordering or pre-orders.

📦 Ship to Home

Ship to Home is available only when the adviser enables immediate published ordering. This option is not available during the pre-order period.

Available Delivery Methods:

  • Standard Ground: 2–5 business days
  • 2-Day Air: Delivered in 2 business days
  • Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day

⏱️ Important: Shipping time does not include production time. An estimated delivery window will be provided at checkout.

📚 Bulk Shipping

Bulk Shipping is an option available when the yearbook is listed as available for pre-order in the storefront.

How It Works:

  • The adviser must enable bulk shipping in the Preferences tab.
  • This option should only be used if the adviser expects 50 or more books to be ordered during the pre-order period.
    • If fewer than 50 books are ordered, the school may be responsible for covering shipping costs at the time of final order.
  • The adviser must provide the shipping address for the school or organization.

What Happens Next:

  • When bulk shipping is enabled, buyers will not pay for shipping at checkout.
  • Once the adviser places the bulk order from the pre-order queue:
    • All books are printed, packaged, and shipped together to the provided school/organization address.
    • The adviser is then responsible for distributing the books to students or recipients.
