🔍 Overview

If you were invited to collaborate on a yearbook, you should have received an email with a link to access the project. After clicking the link and logging in, the project should appear on your home screen.

If you do not see the project, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.


🚧 Common Causes & Solutions


1️⃣ You Have Not Created a Creator Studio Account Yet

If this is your first time using Creator Studio, you will need to create an account before the project becomes visible.

Steps:

  1. Click the invitation link in your email
  2. On the sign-in page, select Create Account
  3. Enter your information and submit
  4. Log in using the email and password you just created

Once logged in, the invited project should appear on your home screen.


2️⃣ Your Session Needs to Be Refreshed

If you already have an account but do not see the project, your session may need to be refreshed.

Steps:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner
  2. Select Sign Out
  3. Log back in using your credentials

This will refresh your session and often allows the project invitation to appear.


⚠️ Still Not Seeing the Project?

If the issue continues after completing the steps above:

  • Confirm you are logged in with the same email address that received the invitation
  • Check with your yearbook adviser to ensure the invitation was sent correctly

If everything looks correct and the project is still missing, please contact your yearbook support team for further assistance.
