Edit Freeform Pages
Design and customize pages using the full editor toolset.

🎨 Overview
The editor gives you full creative control over your yearbook pages. You can adjust layouts, add photos, and customize design elements using built-in tools designed to help you create polished, professional pages.
📝 Getting Started
Open the page you want to edit
- Click Manage Ladder from the left toolbar to display your full page list.
- Select the page you want to edit.

If your project uses Sections instead of Ladder:
- Click the name of the section from the left toolbar.
- Then select the page you want to edit.

🛠️ Editing Tools
📚 Toolbar
On the left side of the editor, you’ll see a toolbar with tabs for:
- Ladder / Sections
- Templates
- Layouts
- Edit Photo
- Backgrounds
- Elements
- Portrait Rules (Ladder Only)
These tabs provide quick access to design resources and editing tools while building your page.

↩️ Undo and Redo
Next to the Add More button, you’ll find Undo and Redo icons.
Keyboard shortcuts:
- Undo: CTRL + Z
- Redo: SHIFT + CTRL + Z
These allow you to reverse edits or toggle between changes while designing.
🔍 Zoom
In the upper-right corner, use the Zoom tool to:
- Zoom in for detailed editing
- Zoom out to view the full page layout

⚙️ Advanced Tools
Click Advanced (next to Zoom) to access additional editing controls:
- Cut, Copy, Paste, Paste in Place
- Delete or Clear Image
- Select All
- Rulers, Grids, and Guides
- Portrait Settings
- Page Number Settings
- Text Styles
These tools provide precision editing and advanced layout customization.

🖼️ Managing Photos (Section Books Only)
📁 Manage Photos
Click Manage Photos to open your full image gallery. From here you can:
- Use photos from another page or section
- Filter images by keyword
- Hide used photos
- Sort and organize your images

➕ Add Photos
Click Add Photos to upload images from:
- Your computer
- Vidigami
- Google Drive or Google Photos
- Dropbox

⚠️ NOTE: For Ladder Books, users must click the back button and return to the dashboard to add and manage photos.
📄 Managing Pages
🗂️ Pages Panel
Use the Pages panel to see a bird’s-eye view of all pages in your project. This is useful for:
- Reviewing page order
- Navigating quickly
- Organizing layout flow
