📤 Exporting Portraits

The export feature allows you to download portrait data from your project for proofing, recordkeeping, or backup purposes. You can export your portraits either as a visual proofing document or as a PSPA data file.

➡️ How to Export Portraits

From your project dashboard, open the People Module.

Click the Export button in the upper-right corner.
 

Choose one of the available export formats:

📄 Export Options

• 🧾 Proofing Sheet
  Exports a PDF containing:
  • Student portraits
  • Names
  • Grades
  • Teachers
  • Homerooms

This format is ideal for sharing with staff to verify accuracy before printing or finalizing layouts.

• 📊 PSPA Export
  Exports your portrait data in PSPA format.
  This is useful if:
  • You no longer have the original PSPA file
  • You want a backup copy of your portrait data
  • Your portraits were uploaded using MyYearbookPhoto
