πŸ“ Pre-Order

If your book is setup for Preorders in your online storefront, use this guide.
  1. Log into Creator Studio
After creating a store and adding your project for pre-order, click Sell in the left panel.
  2. Select Manage Sales
Click on Manage Sales for the project you want to adjust the pricing for.
  3. Go to Sales Settings
Click on Sales Settings in the left menu.
  4. Open Pricing Options
Scroll down and click on Pricing.
  5. Enter Estimated Page Count (Optional)
If you know how many pages your yearbook will have, enter that number into the Estimated Page Count field to get an idea of what price to set based on page count.
  6. Set Your Sale Price
Enter the sale price for each book type (hardcover/softcover).
    You can price them differently.
Keep an eye on your estimated cost and profit.
Subsidize a portion of your yearbook: If you want to subsidize part of the cost, enter a price lower than the estimated cost.
Subsidize entire cost: If you want to subsidize the whole cost, check the Subsidize Entire Cost box. This will set the price to $0.
    • Note: You'll be responsible for paying the difference when submitting the books for production.
  7. Save Your Changes
Click Save once you're done making changes.

πŸ“¦ Published Ordering

If your book is setup for Published Ordering (Direct Ship) in your online storefront, use this guide.
  1. Log into Creator Studio
After creating a store and adding your project for "Published Ordering," click Sell in the left panel.
  2. Select Manage Sales
Click on Manage Sales for the project you want to adjust the pricing for.
  3. Go to Manage Pricing
Click on Manage Pricing under the Pricing section.
  4. Set Your Sale Price
Enter the sale price for each book type (hardcover/softcover).
You can sell at cost or add a markup (but keep in mind, profit will not be paid out if you mark up the price).

Be aware that sale price and your cost can differ depending on the quantity. Smaller print runs have a higher cost.
  5. Save Your Changes
