Media Tray (Ladder Books)
Learn how to access photos, upload images, and navigate pages using the Media Tray in Ladder-Based Projects.

The Media Tray is the horizontal panel located below the page workspace. It provides quick access to your project photos and page thumbnails while designing your yearbook.

📸 Accessing Photos
In a Ladder-Based Project, photos are organized into folders.
To view photos in the Media Tray:
- Locate the Select Folder dropdown menu.
- Choose the folder containing the images you would like to use.
- The images stored in that folder will appear in the Media Tray.

You can switch between folders at any time to access photos stored elsewhere in your project.
Adding Photos
You can upload additional photos directly from the Media Tray.
To add photos:
- Click Add Photos.
- Select the images you would like to upload.
- Wait for the upload to complete.
- The uploaded images will appear in the selected folder and become available in the Media Tray.

💡 Tips
- Use folders to organize photos by event, topic, or section.
- Switch folders as needed while designing pages.
- Upload photos directly from the Media Tray using the Add Photos option.
